I read a Vlog earlier this week and she asked this question.

If you were on Wife Swap and they always pair up complete opposites what kind of wife would they send to your house?

Me- They would send some really feminist, workaholic that never cooks, never cleans and is demanding about everyone and everything.

Someone very into gender roles in the home, uptight, Suzy Homemaker, SAHM, who wants all of her kids to be on every sports team and/or be beauty queens.

ETA: how could I forget the religious aspect? It would have to be someone very churchy who needs to pray about everything and worries about my heathen family and our poor, damned eternal souls. lol.

they would send a neat freak with no schedule and who never put the babies down (if she could figure out how to hold two babies constantly).

Ha! I'd be pretty close to your swapmate. Maybe not workaholic. And you can't really be demanding w/ a baby. But I do work full time. I rarely have time to cook and clean. And I'm a pretty hard core feminist, I guess.

This is really hard. They would probably send a feminist, very demanding, very controlling, very schedule oriented. Probably very anti fun. Our house is like a constant party.

Someone timid and who has no hobbies/interests/passions of their own! Also someone who is not very eco-friendly.

I might look on paper like the perfect old school SAHM who has dinner on the table every night when DH gets home and a very immaculate house (I have a housekeeper) but we are secretly liberal hippies hiding in the suburbs!

Perhaps a suzy homemaker who likes to wear dresses all the time, with perfectly groomed hair and perfectly put on make-up. Oh a someone who is super religious and goes to church regularly and says prayers before eating/going to bed.

I'm not a complete neatfreak but I keep things relatively tidy, so I guess a messy person

I don't do everything myself, but I don't make DH do everything himself either, so I guess someone that doesn't expect her DH to do anything around the house.

And if DS were older, then someone who will let her kids do anything they want, where I will not let him do that when the time comes.
