Any pie chart experts?

Trying to make a pie chart that has 3 categories each divided up into multiple sub categories?  I'm starting to believe this is impossible in Excel 2003.  Anyone know of something that will work or a way to do that?

    It is probably impossible because Excel is the debbil.

    Awe - I pph excel, except the new weird who the heck knows where anything is version and when it comes to pie charts.

    I love Excel, too, but I'm guessing that's not going to work.  Can you create a quick spreadsheet of the sub-categories and then try to keep the colors similar to show the larger categories?  It's been a while since I've played w/ pie charts...

    Oh - good idea w/ the colors.  Thanks!  I've been trying to look it up for awhile, so I think you're right about it being a no go.

    You can do your whole pie chart, take it into powerpoint, ungroup everything, and extract the segments that you need.

    That seems to be beyond me.

    I usually get an eyetwitch when working on graphs/charts in excel.
