Anyone with job leads in the Huntsville area?

My sister and her husband are both looking for employment in the HSV area. She has a degree from UA in advertising but was doing sales/marketing in Florida and was the top sales person in her office until her entire department got laid off yesterday.

Her husband was in the navy until he finished his commitment and got out two weeks ago.

So, needless to say, they are both in shock right now (my sister was the breadwinner) and are thinking that hopefully this is sign that it's time to make the move to Huntsville, which is what they were hoping to eventually do anyways to get back closer to family.

If you have any suggestions on how go about a job search in HSV or have any suggestions of companies to check with for open position, please PM me or message me on facebook. Thanks so much!

    is from the Chamber of Commerce and is all the companies in Research park....depending on what your BIL did in the Navy, he might want to try for an Electronics Tech at www.erc-incorporated.com hope this helps

    My SIL is from Huntsville, so I sent a message to her mom & step-dad (who works for NASA) and asked them if they knew of anything for your sister and her husband.  I will let you know if they respond.

    Depending on what your BIL did in the navy he may have some luck with jobs at TVA.    He can go to tva.com and create an account and he'll be able to search for jobs he may qualify for.

    I recommend her going to the prospective company's websites and uploading resumes there.  that is the only way our company recruits unless it's for an executive level position
