  You don't want to know my answer to this. Several times a day, and I exceed the recommended daily dose. I have to - if not, LIFE IS HELL.

  I buy the generic equivalent at target or walmart - it works the same and is much,  much cheaper.

  I take it every day with my other pills... If I am just maintaining I take 2 or 3... if I feel bloated or backed up I take 4 at night and have relief the next morning.

  before this I was going once maybe twice a week.  It's the only thing that has helped me.

  After a little post movement bleeding I just upped my dose to 3 pills nightly and increased my water (again). Everything seems to be going smoothly so far

  I have only had to take it once... Unfortunately, I forgot when I took it that we had our hospital tour that night.  I barely made it home!

  I purchased the Walmart generic. I take 3 pills once a night. I have been using it for about a week now. I may start taking it more than once a day.
