Breast Lumps

in 3rd Trimester
So tonite before I got into the shower I noticed a large lump accompanied by dark spots and dimpling on my right breast...the lump wasnt hard but raised like a mosquito bite the size of a half dollar...the lump and dimpling have since gone away but the dark spots are still where the lump was...any clues as to what this is and if I should be worried?

    No idea what that is, but definitely something I'd mention to the doctor. You can never be too safe.

    It's happening to me but in my case I am pretty sure my bra is irritating my breast.  As soon as I put the bra on, I get the "lump" back.  I take it off and its gone within 10 minutes.  For me, it's a lumpy lump.  Not hard at all...almost like a welt.  I am seeing my OB tomorrow and plan on asking about it again.

     Asked about it last week and she didnt get to see it swollen but felt around and didnt seem to concerned...

    i had that probably a month ago and was very concerned.. when i went to the dr - she couldnt find anything and wasnt concerned.. she said that it was probably the milk glands producing but told me to call if i found more lumps.. id recommend you to do the same.. call ur dr to have it checked so you can know for sure..
