When addressing thank you cards should I address them to the person invited to the shower, the entire family, of just the people listed on the card?

Whoever signed the card. If there were 3-4 and don't live together then each one gets a "thank you".

I always address just to the person invited to the shower. When I sign a shower card, I put my DH and DS's names, because all of us contributed to the gift in some way, but the gift was just given by me, unless it was a co-ed shower.
