what did you wear to your shower?

just curious what everyone wore to their shower? mine is in a week and i am clueless as too what i should wear. mostly because all my maternity shirts are more of a t shirt style and very casual. and i would like to wear something nice, but am finding it hard to justify buying a new maternity shirt since i wont be pregnant for too much longer. thanks.

I wore a dress with a sweater, leggings and black ballet flats...This pic kinda shows it. I spent most of the shower sitting, so you can't really see..

I had two and I wore a dress to both. One was a maternity dress, but the other was a regular dress with an empire waist so I'm pretty sure I will wear it again after the baby is born.

I got a dress for $19 at Destination maternity and wore it with leggings. It's what I have on in my siggy pic.

i bought (my last maternity purchase) a shirt from motherhood maternity. a silky pink & brown patterned blouse with skinny jeans & brown boots. comfy & cute. the silkiness of the shirt (i think) took it up a knotch as far as not being too laid back.

I was going to wear a dress and I got so irritated looking for one that didn't make me look like a house that I decided to wear dark jeans with a cute top and a nice drape sweater. I was comfortable and looked cute so I am really glad I made that call! Plus, all my friends showed up in jeans, too! I would have been so jealous ;-)
