4th internal and a new symptom

I've had internals for awhile now because of some other problems. Always came back with good, normal results for my due date.

Today we had our first dilation! Wahoo, a whopping 1 cm. I dont know if I should be excited to just have SOMETHING... or upset that it's just 1 cm. 

My new thing is this- i've not had any bleeding since 16 weeks. Not with any previous internals, sex, or passing my plug. After today's internal I have some bleeding. Now, I know this is normal.. but as I've never had it with other internals.. fair to say it's a good sign? Or just indifferent? Probably just indifferent. Sigh.

    As of yesterday, I'm 0 effaced and 0 dilated. :(  I'd kill for a centimeter! :(

    Could be a good sign, why not think happy thoughts? :) I'd say a little progress is still progress! Hopefully next week it will be even more.

    I've had 4 internals as well and only had some blood after the third...

    Take what you can get. Anything can happen. Just sounds like your body is starting to work towards labor. I wouldnt worry about bleeding unless its bad. Good luck!
