Pregnant after a Loss

Did you ever read "Sweet Valley Twins" when u were little?

Okay so it was based around two identical twins: Elizabeth and Jessica and they lived in Sweet Vally, CA. They got into all kinds of "fun" trouble and would dress alike sometimes, switch places, etc. Remember that?

Well, I have one sister of a pair of identical twins in my classroom. Her name happens to be Elizabeth and she and her twin both walked into my room this morning. Oh my gosh, everytime I see them I am just honestly shocked by how much they look alike!  Truth be told the only way I can tell them apart is by the differences in their shoes and coats.  If I see them outside of my classroom that's the only way that I can tell which one of them that's in my homeroom! Is that bad or what?  Smile

I think of that book series all of the time now because of them! Loved it! Do you remember it?

  • I'm pretty sure I do... wasn't one sister in a popular group that always wore purple? Go figure that's the part I remember!

I don't think I read that whole series, but I read some of them!

  • Of course! I read almost all of those books. I can't remember everything that went on in them but I really did enjoy them when I was younger.

Remember they made a series at one point?

  • I follow Diablo Cody (writer of "Juno" and "United States of Tara") on Twitter, and she is currently developing the series into a movie!  Can't wait to see what becomes of the Wakefield twins...friend Lila was such a b*tch!

  • They just rereleased some of them (It might be the "Sweet Valley High" series instead of the twin series) and updated them to fit today. Of course, the girls, who were always a "perfect size 6" in the original books have been made (reportedly, I haven't read the new ones myself) a "perfect size 4."
