Leine's Summer Shandy! On our way home from the hospital with DD we stopped at the liquor store to get some but it was already gone. (it's a seasonal beer) THis year it will for sure be around!!!!

P.S. the pedi did tell me a glass a beer a day is good for the supply. I only do what my doc says.

Unless you plan on getting wasted, you don't have to pump and dump. One drink will be out of your system if you have a drink right after a feeding.
