How much can they weigh while you wear this?  I haven't used it in so long, but I have some running around to do tonight, and I'd love to wear it again.  But Allie is about 22 lbs.

    I think its 26lbs, I know it says on the actual Bjorn though.

    I am not sure what the official weight is, I think it says it on the actual Bjorn. But I couldn't carry Maddie forward facing after about 12 lbs, and even facing towards me it was tough after about 15 lbs. But I have a crappy back, so maybe you can still do it!
