  We have the Little Tikes Hauler.

  DS can kinda move his feet on it.  NO pushing at this point.  But he loves to sit on it and push the horn buttons.

  Wow... I didn't realize how expensive it is... I am sure other sites have it cheaper.  My brother got it for him for Christmas.  DS loves it.  It makes noise and he plays with the people all day long.
