Decongestants and AF (stupid ?)

I took Zyrtec-D and Allerx today (CD2). I feel so dry, my mouth was beyond dry ALL day (when I spoke you could hear my mouth click from the lack of saliva) and have been drinking water all day as well.

I started out with a medium flow this AM....could the meds cause my period flow to come to a screeching halt?

I couldn't find anything when I googled it. Some decongestants can dry up your CM, so...??

I've been ultra dehydrated before and that caused AF to delay a day but I don't think it would cause AF to stop.
