My family just surprised me with a clean house!

My MIL, two SIL's and a friend came over while we were at the Dr.s and cleaned our house, bought us some groceries and did some of my laundry! I cannot believe it! They knew I haven't been able to do much lately around the house with all my bleeding issues and we were all fearing the worst for my appt today, so they wanted to do something nice for us. They have definitely moved up on my favorite family members list :-)
