Travel system/baby carrier questions?

in 2nd Trimester

I want to get a Travel System and I'm registering this weekend. I have noticed that there are very few options where the baby carrier has a Z shaped handle to make it more economical. I have Arthritis and don't want to mess up my arms with the strait arm on the carrier.

Does the straight arm hurt when you have to carry it for a while? Should I just register for a straight arm since there are more options?? WWYD?

    I carried my car seat in the crook of my arm a lot of time because carrying it by the handle was just too heavy.

    I would go to the store and grab a display one, put something that weighs a few pounds in it, and carry it around a bit and see how it feels.
