HOUR OF SILENCE FOR JULIA TYSON

As all of you know, Jacelyn Tyson, an active member of TTCAL, and PgAL lost her beautiful daughter Julia last week at 33 weeks gestation. Mrs. Tyson has become a beloved friend to many among us ? and each of us on this board know the pain of loss. Out of respect and love for Mrs. Tyson, we are observing an hour of silence today, February 3, 2010, from 12 noon, e.s.t. until 1 p.m. As Jacelyn?s friend, I ask that you take this time to offer a word of comfort to Jacelyn by replying to this thread, posting a butterfly in honor of baby Julia, or simply take a moment to send a prayer or a thought into the universe on their behalf. The power of a group of people scattered across the world, united by the experience of loss, the desire to have a child, and the love and concern for a friend are powerful things.

May our thoughts and actions offer Jacelyn and her family some solace and peace in this tragic loss ? and may God wrap little Julia in his arms and keep her always. May Jacelyn know that we, by posting below and stopping our days in honor of Julia, are offering her the comfort of our arms as well.

There are no words that can express how sorry I am nor are there any words that can possibly comfort you during this time.

I know there are no words that can bring comfort to your heart at the loss of your sweet Julia. I am sorry you have been going through all this, it is not fair...Your little angel is watching over you and is there to guide you as you continue to travel lifes crazy paths. Mrs. Tyson,

I don't know you well but I just wanted to send my thoughts and prayers to you, Mr. Tyson, and sweet little Julia. I know no words right now can take away the pain, but I hope you can find peace and comfort. When my daughter died last year, I had a friend send me this poem. I still sleep with it underneath my pillow. I want to share it with you:

Pain and suffering is to its end in this child's life
We shall not weep for this child, for she is now in a place of beauty
Where there is no war, no hate, and no death
Eternal life is to be brought forth through God by a soft glowing flame:
Strong enough to hold all his children
Containing a prayer that which all prayers are made,
A life, that which all lives are created.
You can't see this flame, yet you always know it is there.
You can't touch this flame, yet you can always feel its presence
This child has now seen God, and God has a need for her.
So, you see, this child did not die, she is reborn.

My heart aches with you. It's not fair that this happened. If you ever need anything you got a group of girls on this board here that will be there.
