DD says very few words, but I've always been very bad with understanding babies. She can definitely say "mama" and "dada," but it's all very inconsistent and I don't know that she's clear on what they mean yet.
I have noticed her saying what sounds like "hey" and "yeah" a lot, but they are such short sounds that I can't be sure. It would make sense though since DH and I say both words a lot.
I think I'm going to start officially claiming that DD knows 4 words. Think that'll fly?
I think I'm losing the milestone race. DD is so average. Shucks.
Re: Since we're on the topic of words, what do you think?
I just googled ds's favorite phrase, dugga dugga and this is what came up (from the urban dictionary)
when your pet snake wants to get high this is what it will say. Also a human term for "Spark it up ***!"
Ummm, does this mean my kid is not a genius?
Ahahaha, I had forgotten about that episode.
Rachel: Emma just said her first word - Gleeba!
Ross: Uhh, Rach, Gleeba isn't a word
Rachel: Yes it is!
Ross: OK, then use it in a sentence
Rachel: Uh, ok, Emma just said Gleeba!
Mady says dada, mama, and "doh" which apparently means dog because any time she sees one it's 'doh doh doh doh doh doh'.
M&MM...all of our kids are geniuses, didn't you know?
Lily says "up dad, dad up, up, up, and up."
I am counting "up" as her first word. She only says mom when she is upset.
