  My DH has a stuffy nose (no fever, no cough) and mild sore throat (likely from post nasal drip).  Today is his SECOND day home from work!  I had the same mild viral illness a week or so ago, on top of lingering m/s and headaches and went to work without whining.  As soon as he got up today, "I'm huuunngry.  Are you done with the computer?"

  Grrr -- go to work! 

  i think we're married to the same guy.  so weak!

  My DH was the other side of the scale... he can be coughing his lungs out with a fever of 103 and still insist on going to work- outside- for a 10 hour day. Sometimes I wish he had a little LESS work ethic

  Yikes, that's bad, too!

  You might think DH had an awesome work ethic when my job calls to ask me to come in, because he'll say, "I don't know why you wouldn't want to go in and make overtime pay.  I'd go in every time if my job offered OT."  Pffh, but he doesn't go in when he's supposed to over a stuffy nose?!
