Pediatrician recs?...central CT

 I've been searching for a pediatrician in central ct. I'm delivering at Hartford Hospital so I wouldn't mind going to CCMC but we just moved to Middletown/Cromwell so I'd prefer somewhere a little closer.

 I was looking at the practice Fote & Schwab in Rocky Hill but can't find any reviews really. Anyone familiar with them or have any recommendations?! TIA

    Not sure if you'd consider a family doctor but we go see Dr. malisa Lahtinen and she's right in Cromwell (just past the Kmart plaza). There are other doctors in the practice as well but DH & I go see Dr. Lahtinen and so will our LO when he/she arrives. The office number is 860-632-5570 if your interested.

    Welcome to Middletown!  I really like Middlesex Pediatric Associates (860-344-0333) on Saybrook Road in Middletown (past the hospital and Stop & Shop).  The practice has six doctors and one nurse practitioner/ lactation consultant.  I've met four of the doctors and the nurse practitioner in the 8 weeks since my daughter was born and they've all been really nice.

    Oh thank you so much for the advice ladies! Kmart is a mile up the road from where I live and the other practice in Middletown is not too far either. I would probably consider a family doctor, that's the route my parents took with my sister and I and our family when we were younger. Thanks again!

    We see Dr. Fote...can't say enough good things about him.  He is wonderful!  I do like Schwab and Litwin, but we always see Fote, he is more my style but it's a fantastic practice and we are so happy.  Good luck!

    We interviewed two in our area and chose Children's Medical Group.  They have an office right off Rte. 3 in Rocky Hill, have privileges at CMC and an emergency office in Bloomfield.  We have been really happy there thus far.

    I use Fote, Schwab & Litwin in Rock Hill.  I Highly recommend them!  They have been great. I love that my son can get seen on weekends (they partner with other offices in Simsbury and Glastonbury).  They return calls timely and I even walked in to make an appt. but they worked me in with no problems.  I have unfortunatly been there way too often for the last 6 months and I have no complaints except that I see them way too much:)!!
