What does it feel like? I have been having pain in my lower abdomen, especially after I do something a little strenuous and I forgot to ask my doctor about it yesterday...
Does it linger? It could be BH contractions. I have been having those. Is it in the middle or on the side? RLP is most commonly on the right side, but can be on the left. BH contractions can happen when you increase activity. It feels tight in your uterus for about 30-60 seconds and then goes away.
Mine is where my leg connects to my belly if that makes sense, and it is like a muscle cramp or charley horse at times, other times its just a general ache. Sometimes its so bad I can't stand up or get comfortable, but its always on my right side.
I get it sometimes when I sneeze or get up from lying down. It's a sharp shooting pain where your legs meet your torso, and it goes away after afew seconds.

Like a quick stabbing pain in your lower/side abdomen. It hurts bad but only for a few seconds. I got out of the car last night and had it on my left side. It hurt but it was gone before I could even get my hand to my side.
Re: For those with RLP...
Try this link....I googled it and it seems to be pretty good.

same for me
I heard there are ligaments that run vertical, and horizontal. Each one feels different. Some cause shooting pains, some dull aches.
