He's trying to undress me!

DS loves riding on my hip in my ring sling but I'm beginning to be afraid of wearing him that way.  He likes to hold onto the neckline of my shirt and eventually he wiggles his whole arm down my shirt. 

Today when I was taking him out- in a busy parking lot, no less- he came out holding only my bra!!!  We're talking my whole bra was up out of my shirt!

Is there a trick to avoiding him trying to undress me?
