Does anybody know the calculation for due dates?

All of the due date calculators are giving me different answers.

    40 weeks from the 1st day of your last menstrual period is what I've always been told.

    So then technically I am due the 15th not the 18th or the 22nd.

    yep that's it.  Or if you know ovulation date it's 38 weeks from when you ovulated.

    So then they are all wrong.  My LMP was Dec. 15 so then I am due Sept. 15.  Which puts me at almost 8 weeks instead of just starting 7.

    Take your last period date, subtract 3 months and add 7 days.

    If your last period was Dec 15th, then you are due Sept 22nd..

    My midwife told me that the formula they use is

    Subtract 3 months from the first day of your LMP, then add 7 days.

    My LMP was Nov 3rd, -3 months is Aug 3rd, + 7 days is Aug 10.

    I'm not sure how you are figuring this in your head, but if your LMP was Dec 15th, then you are in fact 6w6d, and will be 7w tomorrow.

    I am not figuring it in my head.  I entered my LMP and my cycle length into Lilypie it gave the 18th of Sept.  I was figuring that I was due the 22nd since day one until today when I went to change my ticker and that it what it gave me.

    Sept 15 can't be right since Sept 14 is 39 weeks.

    I got Sept 21 just by physically counting 40 weeks past Dec 15
