I totally agree! We are due the same day and I feel like it is flying by. I really want life to slow down a little so I can just relax and enjoy it. I love that you're packing in the carbs. Have fun!
Oh you had GD with your DD? My sister had GD with her first and refused the tests with her second. She said "I know I have it, let's just go on the special diet and do the finger pricks again." She refused to do the 1 hour and 3 hour tests again, lol.
I failed the 1 hour and passed the 3 hour with Carter. I then passed the 1 hour at 8w with this baby. But I have my 1 hour AGAIN at my next appointment. Sigh. Then maybe another 3 hour? Good times.
Did you have to do an early test in the 1st tri this time?
I don't feel the same way. I am only approaching 16 weeks though.
I feel like this pregnancy will drag because this time around we are team green, so we aren't setting up a nursery before hand with gender specific things, no registering, no showers etc.
But I do have a toddler to keep me busy! lol

I'm not sure I can agree with you but I'm sure things change when you already have a LO! I need the time in my pregnancy to prepare for things, but it seems to be going slow. Can't wait to get a visible bump and start feeling him/her move around!
And yes... it's flying. I try to get it to slow down, but it's not listening to me.
I asked DH the other night if he thought we could just ask the baby to wait and hang out in there a few more months past June (although I'm sure by mid-may I'll be more than ready)...I feel like time is flying by too quickly!

I just feel like I still have SO much to do before we're really going to be ready to have another baby in the house!
Jenni - Yup, I had GD with DD, but it was diet controlled and not all that back, but I LOVE carbs. I eat cereal 3+ times a day usually and when I'm not eating cereal I'm eating cookies or PB&J sandwiches!
I took the glucose test at 14 weeks, but that was only because I alerted my OB that my fasting numbers were running a little high. Amazingly I passed, so I'm hoping to get lucky again!

Adorable pic in your siggy btw.
It definitely went so much slower, or at least seemed to, when I was pregnant with DD! The whole year after she was born flew by, too!
Thanks, I love this pic of me and my girl!

I can't wait for my little one to be here so it isn't going fast enough and yes i wish the morning sickness would stop.
I guess between this litle guy coming and the new house and all I just want May to get here. I will probably say it is flying once I get to 24 weeks though
