Sharp pain in one breast, any ideas on what it is?
I have a sharp pain in one breast. The other is fine. It is most notable when I touch the top of it. Nursing is still fine as far as I can tell on it. No other issues or symptoms. I pumped it this morning and its still an issue. Any ideas on what to do or what I might look out for to be causing it?

That sounds like a plugged duct to me.
Apply Heat, massage, REST REST REST, drink lots of fluids and treat yourself as if you had the flu, continue nursing.

Could be a plugged duct like the pp said. Try pumping or nursing right after a hot shower. That can help.
I had this on & off for the first few weeks of BFing & could never figure it out. I finally bought some more supportive bras & it went away. My bewbs went up 5 cup sizes between pregnancy & nursing, so I'm sure i had some sore, stretched ligaments.
Oh, & how are you feeling otherwise btw?
