Just wanted to brag on my 25% off Babies R Us trade in sale...

I got a new travel system for the baby for just $82+tax!!  Woo-hoo!

 

I went after church this morning because it was the earliest I could get there.  DS is usually ready for a nap, but I thought I'd be quick and hurry......yeah, he was a total mess and I was soo embarassed by his behavior (usually he is a wonderful shopper) but I was afraid they'd be out of the one I wanted (and it did turn out to be the last one they had).  Anyways, I'm so stinkin' excited!  It was the biggest thing we needed to get for the baby, so I am so glad it's out of the way Big Smile

    Did you get the 20% off cupons for Feb while you were there?  I was so excited to use our 20% off cupon on our PNP and then get two more for next month.  At this rate, I will not have to pay full price for anything.

    Oh yes!  I almost forgot about that....i will have to use that for the bouncer we also need!  That's number 2 on the big things to get list....

    I have 2 questions!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    First can I bring a car seat and get the 25 %off the crib we want or it has to be for another car seat?

    Where do you get the 20% coupon? at the register ? do you ask for it ?

    You can definitely bring in a carseat and get credit towards the crib.  All I did was take my stroller to the customer service desk and they give you a coupon - so then after you shop, and get your crib, you hand them the coupon.  They don't care what you trade it in for.  And they gave me the 20% off coupons at the register when I paid.  There are two and one is good from 2/19-2/25 and the other is 2/26-3/4.  They are good for any one baby item.

    We went today too - traded in our old travel system and a convertible car seat.  We got a 25% coupon for each of them.  We just took them to the customer service desk and they gave us the coupons and off we went shopping.  It was SOOOOOOOOOOO incredibly easy!  If you trade in a car seat you don't have to necissarily get another car seat, you just have to get one of the approved items on the list (it includes car seats, strollers, travel systems, bassinets/cribs, etc.).

    Thank you so much girls ! I think I will take one of the car seats we got from friends there to order my crib !!! This is so exciting !!!!!!!!!!

    Yes, you can trade-in a car seat for a crib.  We did it today.  

    Yes, they will give you the next coupon book at the register.

    This is such an awesome deal as we have 4 carseats sitting in our garage right now is various stages. I'm going to get my travel system and our changing table on sale this way.
