Anyone's baby go nuts if you yell?

If my voice goes above it's normal level, baby starts going crazy! It makes me feel really bad - like I've scared it. Anyone elses baby start moving all around and kicking when you yell?

not necessarily if I yell but we went to see Avatar on Friday (loudest movie ever) and she started moving like crazy. I felt bad I even covered my ears too bad that wouldn't help her out.

Hmm....come to think of it, I can't remember the last time I've yelled. He does react to sudden loud noises, though. I feel bad, too. Poor thing doesn't even know what the world is yet and he's already getting scared out of his britches by it. LOL

I spend half my day yelling at 5 year olds so I am pretty sure she is used to it.:)

My hubby was using a nail gun a few weeks back to put new woodwork on one of our closets and whenever he would shoot in a nail, LO would jump a little.

Mine reacts to all sounds!! He dances to commercials with music, gets excited when daddy does (I.e. Football games) etc. I don't think it scaresthem just they react to hearing it.

With my first baby every time he hear loud clapping or laughing he would go crazy inside...now he cries when people laugh too loud.

My LO is the exact oppisite. If he hears me yell he'll stop what he's doing. It's like someone made mommy yell I'll stop so she dosen't yell at me next.

lol no mine seems to get really still... and that makes me feel bad, but I am a really loud mama naturally so I dunno what to do other than try to stay calm. I TRY!

I think mine is at her calmest when I yell/talk loudly, since that's what I spend the majority of my day doing in the classroom. When I get in the car to go home is when she is her busiest everyday.

I was at a church type event last night, and everytime they would start playing music she would start moving like crazy! It looks like she's going to be just like her big brother, moving and dancing everyime music starts playing!
