If you are dying for Chinese you can always get the steamed chicken and broccoli from the diet menu with brown rice and just have a small serving with some low sodium soy sauce or something...i'm sure you would use a few flex points but not many i would think.

That is a great alternative but I know if I smell it I will also want crab ragoons, and chicken fingers lol

I know- it's so darn hard isn't it? I am making DH's birthday dinner as we speak, but if it wasn't his birthday and since it's a Friday we would probably be comtemplating ordering in too and I would have to have the same wilpower...GL!
