breast pain

My breasts have been kind of overall achy, especially when I wake up in the night. Last night was the first night I had a more specific pain, kind of a stabbing pain near my armpit/underwire. Is this what they call lightning boob, lol?

Anyways, I already had some bigger bras from when I weighed more, so I've just been wearing those....But, would getting resized help prevent some of this pain? I'm also thinking about getting a sleeping bra...not sure if this helps everyone or more people on the big size...I went from 34DD to my 36DD/E's fitting well, now, but have not been refitted. I weigh about 10 lbs less than when I bought the bigger bras, but I'm just relieved to have something that works, bc I was double boobing in my normal bras!

Haha "double boobing". I don't know what helps lightning boob, but let us know if it works!!
