DD broke out of the woombie!!!

I didn't think that it was possible but when I found dd this morning, the woombie's zipper teeth were completely undone and it was open (even though the zipper was still "zipped").  

I've only used the woombie for a couple of weeks.   Either my daughter is exceptionally strong, or the woombie was defective.  Anyone have this problem?

    This happened with one of DD's sleep sacks. I sent an email to Halo and they sent me a brand new one.

    I would send them an email and let them know you got a bunk woombie

    Yep, the first night we used the Woombie J broke out of it. I bought it on Ebay so I couldn't return it Sad

    I contacted them this morning and they are sending a replacement!  I hope that we just got a defective one and that the new one lasts longer because I don't want to buy anymore swaddling things!

    Mine has broken his second. The first time. he put his fist through the zipper but this time, the zipper was just broken coming out of the dryer. It zips up and down fine but the two sides will no longer latch together. I think it's defective zippers on the Deluxe version because I noticed Deluxe are the only ones in stock and all 4 other kinds will be released in March. Those all have a Talon zipper and Deluxe has YKK. Maybe complaints caused them to change zipper manufactureres. Or maybe it's because I didn't follow the directions and dried it. Either way, I have to have it because the baby sleeps so well in it. He breaks out of every other swaddle. So I ordered a new one and promise to air dry it from now on.
