All of a sudden, new symptoms...?

I'm at just about 9 wks. My symptoms so far have only been extreme fatigue, and food tolerance changes. All of sudden, within the last 2 or 3 days, I've begun to have some nausea. Today, I've actually been sick...for the first couple of times. Is it normal for these new symptoms to just start 9 wks in, or is it cause to be concerned?
