Tylenol doesn't help me either. Can you rest with a wash cloth over your eyes? GL - hope you feel better.

if possible, turn off all electronics, silence everything in the house, kick everyone out, close the blinds, and lie down and think happy thoughts.

If all else fails, at least you would have your happy thoughts

If I take a nap with a cold washcloth over my forehead and eyes, that seems to help me. GL!
