  I think you have to choose a thumbnail instead of a message board/email size, and then when you put them in your siggy, make sure there isn't a space betweenthe two url's

  That worked for me a while back. I could be wrong.

  I do it in photobucket and do small instead of medium. Also, it helps if you crop one of the pictures thinner than the other.
