Sharp Pain?

So...  Last night when I woke up to use the restroom I had such a sharp pain in my pelvic area (the fatty part in front of the bone) that it made it hard to walk.  It still is uncomfortable to walk and to touch.  Would this be a different type of RLP??  When I had RLP before it mainly stemmed from my hips not the pelvic area.  Has anyone had this before?  What did/do you do for comfort? TIA!

    I'm not actually sure what RLP stands for...but I get a sharp pain too sometimes...especially in the middle of the night when I have to get up to use the bathroom!!! I have to just sit down for a while and slowly, gently massage it away. I also feel like I get it if I'm sitting too long and then quickly stand up. Not sure what it is, but it just started for me the other day...I have my weekly appointment tomorrow, so I will be asking my OBGYN what it is.

    I had this too on Monday for the first time - it wasn't a small pain.  I had to stop and just touch my stomach.  My appt. is next week so I will ask the doctor about it....
