Mysterious Lemon Scent - REVEALED!

Soooo... I finally figured it out and I think it was only becuase it had been on my mind from posting. I was upstairs changing into my PJ's and saw DH's ironing spray sitting on top of one of our dressers and it came to me - he uses Mrs. Meyer's Lemon Verbena spray on his suit pants becuase he won't dry clean them often enough and he thinks they start to smell like farts (don't even get me STARTED on this issue).... So he sprays it on the arse of his pants every few days.... In the evening when he comes home from work DS runs up and hugs him - grabbing his leg and nuzzling it. Mysterious smell not so mysterious anymore. He smells EXACTLY like the spray... at least it is EF!

I'm glad to be the entertainment for the evening. I laughed myself silly when I realized what it was... Honestly, the man is soo cheap. Maybe this will finally convince him to just let me take them to the cleaners more often! I got to take his winter coat in today for the first time in 3 YEARS becuase he managed to get butter all over it and one of his suits - don't even ask me how but there was butter ALL over him. I swear to god... its a circus over here.

Secret here. I always machine washed my "dry clean only" suits. Needed ironing, but it was OK.

Love it! spraying the butt of his pant. Lemony farts. Totally sounds like something I'd do (I have a stinky-girl complex). And why is your DS smelling your DH's butt so he smells like lemon?? I silently laughed so hard (the jiggly kind) that I think DS woke up. Darn it.

he won't let me and to be honest, while I would have done mine I don't know about his - they're sooo much more expensive than anything I ever wore... I might buy some dryel - not EF but come on, gotta do something here, clearly! haha...
