Recommend Your Bouncer

I don't know why, but I keep going back and forth on my decision about bouncers. Originally I wanted the Combi Pod:

It's neutral, which I love; has i-pod hook-up and several vibration modes. It has pretty decent reviews on Buzzillions and Amazon.

But it's $95 at BRU.. that's crazy expensive for a bouncer. And now it's out of stock, which means likely I wouldn't be able to get it for awhile and I won't be able to register for it.

So now I'm back to square one. Any recommendations?

We have this one and a friend who has a 3 month old was over last weekend and he loved it! I love that it is a 2 in 1!

i am no help because i just got the combi in wasabi. i love it (i mean, i don't have a baby for it yet). it was easy to assemble, has the ipod adaptor, vibrates, plays music...it's compact and looks a little less like the super babyish bouncers out there.

Not all kids like bouncers (or swings for that matter) so I'd go with the cheapest most versitile one

Baby bargains highly recommends any of the fisher price ones. I was at target this weekend and found one called "Happy Giraffe" on the clearance rack. It definitely looks childish but for the amount of use it will get I couldn't justify spending any more money.

We love our FP Rain forest bouncer (and swing for that matter). We have 2 bouncers - one for my house, one for my parents.

Like pp said, some babies just don't like bouncers, so I cannot justify spending that much on a bouncer personally.

I've used the FP Ocean Wonders Aquarium bouncer for 3 kids- 2 of my own and my nephew and they've all loved it. That thing is a lifesaver!! Very entertaining which is what you need. Honestly, I could give a crap if it looks neutral and pretty, being able to entertain the baby so you can get some stuff done is the priority. I would never spend over $50 for a bouncer.
