  Lie down, and put your legs and hips up. Gas likes to go up, that should help Feel better!

  Get in the fetal position, but with you knees and elbows on the ground, so your arse is in the air.  This usually helps make you fart.  If you are at work and this isn't an option, I think gas x is safe to take.

  thanks ladies, I may have to stock up on the gas-x for future use. I've never had it this bad. I really do want to crawl under my desk and wiggle around until it's gone...I may try that when everyone leaves to smoke.
