Does he think I will just come running back?!

After threats of stabbing me & my parents and taking DD away and also the threat of parental kidnapping, STBXH sent me a text this morning saying how much he missed me and DD and how he wants things to work out. He lies so much I'm not even sure if he's being truthful, and not just that but also...when is he going to snap again!?

Since he's left me in a financial bind, I'm having to go through the state for legal aid....and the 1st appt date they had available was in March! I have a feeling this divorce is going to take longer than i anticipated.

    This...  threats are very real.  I have dealt with a pathological liar and they will say ANYTHING to manipulate you.  Don't risk it...you have to think about your child and their safety right now.

    I love this board more and more everyday...ya'll are so helpful. I didn't know there was such a thing as a No-Contact Order! Thank you so much for your advice.

    Is it possible that he has bi-polar? My ex is just like that. He'll call one day & just be a complete jack a** and the next day (or later that night) he'll be telling me he still loves me & only wants what is best. He actually tried to commit suicide & that is how he was diagnosed w/depression & bi-polar. They are dangerous & exhausting people to deal with!

    I honestly think he does. I know he said his mother has it, now- whether or not he was just saying it or if it was a factual statement...I'm unsure.
