Doulas
Hi, I was wondering if there was anyone out there that has used a doula or can reccomend one that will work at Midstate Medical Center in Meriden, CT. We live in Waterbury, delivering in Meriden and there are not many around us that we have been able to find. Please help if you can!

I'm taking my birthing classes through Birthpartnerdoulas.com and they are great! we're not using a doula but I've heard nothing but raves about them!

Thank you so much! My mom actually just sent me the link to this group this past week (it's funny because when I first mentioned getting a doula she gave me a look like I was some crazy person, now she is thinking about a career change at 56 years old and becoming one herself!). I will deffinatly be calling them...Just trying to narrow down the names with people who have experience rather than spending hours talking with someone that is not going to be the right fit. I like them too because they have a registry option so friends and family can help out. Thanks for your comment!
