I'm a 31 year old professional woman named Molly--I have never thought it was a childish name. My patients (kids and their parents) seem to think it's fun to call me "Dr. Molly". My middle name is Kathleen, but Grace is pretty!
Grace seems to be a very popular middle name these days. I know 3 other people that are using Grace as the middle name if they have a girl. It is cute though.

Why because I think it sounds like a cute little girls name, just like I said. My opinion. btw...I made the comment hearing Molly Grace as one name...like Betty Jo etc...and as a 30 year old I woudn't want to be called Molly Grace...again my opinion.
I think it's spunky, but still feminine. Molly sounds like she can run around with the boys, but still definitely be one of the girls.
I like the mn Grace, and it goes well with Molly. It is super-common as a middle name (it goes with about anything). If you are cool with that--great--go for it! There are a bunch of other options that are less common and still go well with Molly, though.
Re: Molly Grace??
I love it!
I think it is cute and feminine. I don't think Molly Grace is tomboyish at all.

I agree.
I'm a 20-something Molly and I love my name. I am often complimented on it.
Also - my middle name is Rebecca.

This exactly. Great name!
