Totally and Completely Freaking Out!!!

I went to my family doctor this morning because I've been suffering from really bad nausea and heartburn for the past 3 weeks. I just figured it was stress due to me going back to work. DH thought it might be something else so he made me go see the doc.
It appears I'm not sick. I'm pregnant! Holy sh*$!!! How is this remotely possible?!? I have a 4-1/2 month old and she came via IVF. I have no idea how far along I am and I'm seriously shocked out of my mind. I took a couple of pregnancy tests awhile ago and they were both negative. This is just the biggest shocker of my life.
DH and I work together, so I was just able to tell him in person. He is very excited and shocked too.
My OB can't get me in for an appt. until next Friday. I guess we just sit and wait until then.
I'm still shaking I'm so in shock!

Can you tell I am speechless? We had babies around the same time and I couldn't imagine.
I have to make sure to tell my H to have condoms at all times now, you never know:)
