BBQ pulled pork. It's really easy and you can freeze it for months and just pull it out for a quick dinner. You just put an 8ish pound pork butt/shoulder in the crock pot with 2 cups of ginger ale. You cook it on low for 10 hours and then shred it and add BBQ sauce. I usually let it cook on low for an hour or so more and then put it in freezer containers.
Breakfast for dinner (eggs, bacon & biscuits OR pancakes), Tacos, Chicken tenders w/panko bread crumbs, black beans & rice w/ham
Tonight I am picking up dinner b/c both DH and I have things to do after work & won't be home in time to cook. I am craving hamburgers, so we'll see what I get....
yesterday was lasagne from a box. tonight is beef stroganoff with lots of mushrooms and zucchini on the side (or asparagus, dunno). Sam will eat more squash.
What meat do you have on hand/hungry for?

We'll probably have leftovers but I'm craving taco pizza. Just brown ground turkey and add taco seasoning. Spread a pizza crust (homemade or boboli) with taco sauce or enchilada sauce (mixed with ranch dressing) and sprinkle cheddar jack cheese over the top. Add the turkey and bake in a 400 oven until cheese is melty and crust is done. When done, add shredded iceberg lettuce, diced tomatoes, dollops of sour cream and crunched up dorritos. YUM.
Not very healthy but oh well...

I made turkey chili last night, it was delicious. No idea about tonight though. DH and I are both trying to eat a bit healthier so I am looking for ideas too.

I'm making beef stir fry tonight and I can't wait.
Last night we had stuffed peppers.
