Teething sucks

I think DD is teething, we can feel a little nub on the top of her mouth. Last night she had several screaming breakdowns, so bad DH got in the tub with her to calm her down. She was up every 2 hours, which is not the norm, I get at least 5 hours out of her. I gave her some Tylenol and it didn't really do much. What does everyone think about Orajel? We have some but I have read its dangerous. Any thoughts?

    DS' pediatrician said Baby Orajel was OK to use but he didn't think it would really be effective. I haven't tried it yet so I don't know if it works well.

    My LO's bottom 2 teeth came in about 3 weeks ago and he acted the same way your LO has been acting. I just gave him tylenol and I think it worked just fine. I have also heard that putting them in a swing can help with the pain. My little boy hated his swing so that didn't work for us. GL! Sorry i'm not that much help.

    Hyland's Teething Tablets work great..and yes teething really sucks!
