FB status update

Did anyone see this update today:

In memory of all those babies born sleeping or we never got to meet. Put this as your status if you or somebody you know has suffered the loss of a baby. The majority won't put it on because unlike cancer, a baby loss is taboo. Break the silence. In memory of all the babies gone too soon but never forgotten about.

I usually do not do this, but I did today! Lot of people do not know about my loss on facebook, so I wonder who will respond.

    I believe this same post went around a few weeks ago.  That is totally awesome that you put that as your status.  I am not there yet, since most people did not know I was PG to begin with.  Keep me posted as to how people respond to the post--curious to see.  You are so strong for posting this!!

    I had a friend that posted this for me.  She has been so supportive through my miscarriages, yet has never had one herself.  There was a similar post going around on pregnacy and infant loss awareness day in October.

    A few weeks ago, I couldn't have done it.

    I put this in my status last week. The one I posted omitted the bit about cancer because it doesn't seem right to compare the two. They are both devastating.

    I've seen it, but didn't do it. Good for those of you who have.
    Connor Thomas 6/6/08. Discovered missed miscarriage at 17 wks 3 days, D&C 11/25/09. Please, please, please - BFP 5/21/11, EDD 2/1/11. Beta@12DPO=52, Beta@14DPO=158. U/S 7/7/11 shows strong baby measuring a couple days ahead!!! Pregnancy Ticker
