u/s and bloodwork good news/bad news

well i guess it was ok..... but not what i was hoping...i had more follies than the RE could really count cause they were all over the place all about 10-11

my e2 really has shot up so he's watching very closely .....it was 206  on sunday and today was 800 something...so my dose of follistim is going from 300 to 175 tonight and 200 tomorrow and then back to the RE on Thursday

1 chemical and 1 loss at 9 weeks prior to DS
IVF #1 1/10-transfered 2 blasts- DS born 10/2010

Trying for # 2 since 2012.  2 failed FETS 1 failed IUI.
IUI#2 4/14/14-- BFP !!!!! Beta #1 14dpiui= 45 Beta #2 16dpiui= 80  Beta #3 18dpiui= 88 (chemical pregnancy)
March 2015- Chemical pg

1/25/16- BFP  Beta1 12dpo = 17, Beta 2 14 dpo = 28.. resulted in one beautiful boy born 9/21/16 :)

Now I'm a stay at home loving life and pursuing my love of photography!!!

    angel, this all sounds okay to me. GL! I hope that the change in your meds helps you coast a bit more and lets those follies catch up.

    I just don't understand why he started you on 300 to begin with.  That is crazy.  Of course you have too many to count.  Hopefully knocking the dose down will help, but still, 200 tomorrow?  Be careful.  And make sure if your E2 is too high at trigger they don't use Ovidrel, but Lupron and HGC instead.

    After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!

    I'm on day 5..well tonight will be my 6th day of stims....i have the ovridel shot in my fridge so thats what they're planning on using at least for now

    I am sure they will change you at the last minute, like they did for me when my E2 was 4,500 at trigger.  Ask for your E2 before you trigger and if it's over 4,000 or so and they still want you to do Ovidrel, question them.  Just my opinion...

    I have PCOS too, and also had about 30 follies on my baseline.  I thought my RE was smoking crack when he started me om 225 IU of stims for my first IVF.  But I didn't question him because he was the professional.  Now I wish I would have because I overstimmed like crazy, which compromised egg quality and gave me OHSS.  He admitted in my WTF that he should have never started me on that high of a dose. 

    Don't be afraid to be your own advocate.

    thanks kimarino...i really hope it doesn't end up that way....i think he's being fairly proactive in lowering me down and keeping a good eye..but hopefully it is good

    TTC since 8/07 DX - Severe MFI/azoospermia & MTHFR/ TESEs found sperm - 7/08 & 6/09/ 12/08 - IVF#1 - BFN/ 6/09 - IVF #2 - cancelled due to OHSS risk (had retrieval)/ 7/09 - FET #1 - BFN/ 9/09 - FET #2 - BFN/ 11/09 - IVF #3 with new RE cancelled twice - 10/09 & 11/09/ 1/10 - IVF #3 take 3 - BFN/ 4/10 - IVF #4 - first ever BFP on 5/13/10!!! 108 @ 10dp3dt/ 2nd beta 311!/ sono on 5/28/10 said TWINS!!!!
