Starting my first round of Clomid tomorrow...Advice?
I'm kinda nervous. I just picked up my precriptions of Clomid 50mg and prometrium 200mg. I take them days 3-7. I hope this is the month! Maybe I'll have a nice suprise for Valentine's Day?!?! Any advice??

Take it before bed and make sure you're being monitored.

That sounds fun.
I'm not a doctor, but are you sure you're supposed to take them together? I was under the impression prometrium was after ovulation to supplement progesterone. Also, I am hoping you're being monitored? Clomid has a lot of risks.
I'm on my fifth and last cycle of clomid. It's not so bad, especially at 50 mg. I take it at night to try to sleep through side effects. I've experienced hot flashes, dizziness, flashing headaches, and mood swings. But nothing that causes me to alter my life.

Take them at night and gl with you and your DH.
M slept on the couch for the last couple days because he couldn't take the mood swings. They were bad.

I work the night shift 7p-7a on weekends... you think I should take it in the morning instead since that's when I go to sleep??? IDK, My sleep schedule is kinda messed up when I work. I will be taking it wed, thurs, fri, sat, sun. I start tomorrow. I work friday and saturday night. Thanks!
this. And the only side affect I had was hot flashes.. which sucked, but I didn't have the major mood swings. Also, I don't want to be a debbie downer, but don't get your hopes up to much. I really hope it works for you, but in my case I got my hopes up that it would do the trick.. and I'm still not pregnant.
