There are so many. We just watched "Muppets Take Manhattan"
I loved the Never Ending Story.. minus the theme song. The Worst Witch was a favorite as well. The Labrynth, although now watching it I am super uncomfortable w/David Bowie's package being displayed so blatantly.
Although I would consider this a kids movie too, there is a lot of cussing in it. I showed it to my classes last year at the end of their year and noticed that. Believe me, I didn't mind b/c I am a high school teacher and they weren't dropping F bombs.

the lion king is probably my fave. but there are so many good ones like the sandlot, labyrinth, the princess bride, nemo, lil mermaid...i could go on and on...all the ones mentioned here are great!
Hook. That will probably always be my top favorite. Charolletes web, not the new movie, the cartoon. I cry every time. Not really a "kid" movie, but when I was little my mom would come and wake me up to watch the black and white Zorro, and some people might think its weird to wake your sleeping child to watch Zorro- but to this day its one of my fondest memories with my mother.
An American Tail- I hadn't seen that movie in ages, then watched it again and was all sappy and teary. I can't wait to show it to ds.
Labyrinth definitely (i may have the magic dance on my ipod ) and the little princess with shirley temple. I watched her movies with my mom when I was home sick, it was always such a treat.
The Lion King, Finding Nemo, Tarzan... there's so many good movies.
Re: What's your fav. "kid" movie?
