I'm not sure if it will help, but have you tried Biotin vitamin pills? Mine fell out in clumps after surgery years ago and the biotin was the only thing that helped it. It's a vitamin for nails/hair.

Ugh...me too. I'm constantly picking hairs off me, the baby, my husband. It's gross.

im surprised im not bald by now. my DH (who has thinning hair and is VERY sensitive about it) doesnt want to hear it though.

I bought some per the advice of my MIL and it says in bold letters to check with your dr. if you are nursing before you use. So I am going to ask at my next appt. It sucks though because I am losing fistfuls of hair. Argh!
