is this a sign of teething??

grabbing the ear and pulling on it OR is that an OWT?  DH read it online and my family has been telling me that is what it means.

My 1st thought was an ear infection, but I am fairly certain DD does not have an ear infection - absolutely no other symptoms of that. She does do almost everything else associated with teething though, we just dont see any actual teeth coming through yet.

    The thing is it could be but it may not as well. It could also mean ear infection, as you know, and it could mean that she was simply tired!

    It is one of the signs, but it could also mean that LO has found their ears. DD was playing with them all day yesterday and seemed highly interested in the feeling. Pedi took a look at her 4 month appt today and said they were ok.

    she's been doing it pretty frequently throughout the day for about 3 weeks. who knows... I will keep an eye out for ear infections symptoms though for sure.
