Am I out of line?

We CD LO though a Diaper Service which is about $120 a month.  Last Friday, one of DH's . girlfriends posted on facebook how she was starting to potty train their youngest and was going to be selling all of her cloth diapers (she has tonnes).  I asked her how much and she said $200.  I told her that as long as there were enough that would fit Madi right now, I would buy them.  She said that she uses one size AIO so they would all fit now.  I asked her when I would be able to come and get them and she told me that she had a pretty busy weekend so I could come Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday this week, what ever was convenient for me.  I was so excited that I called our diaper service and gave them my two week notice and they will be picking up all diapers on February 1st.

This morning I woke up and checked my facebook and got this message:

"I have been giving second thoughts on the cloth diapers. but will let you know when i know what I want to do with them. it'll just be so hard to let them go."

I replied back that I had already given notice to the diaper service.  I am so mad right now.  Do you think I am out of line?

    I don't think it's worth being really mad about.  Maybe potty training isn't going well, or maybe they are considering having another baby at some point.

    You can always just call the diaper service and tell them you don't want to cancel after all.

    That's annoying that she changed her mind so late. Call the diaper service and re-join. Since no money has changed hands, there's not much you can do, bit no you were not out of line. She'll be sorry when she wants that $200 and you've already made other arrangements.

    No I don't think your outta line. I would be mad too. You got all excited for new CD and now your knocked down. Wait to see what she says, I'm sure you service will be able to continue to supply you in the event you need it.

    I would have been really disappointed too. Those things are NOT cheap and that could have been a really good deal.

    What kind of diapers do you use now? Prefolds I assume?

    They are not cheap, usually $15 - $18 each.  That is why I was so excited, it was going to save me a ton of money.

    The diapers that we get through the service are fitted with snaps.
