how much tylenol?

DS is super fussy from teething. at his 4 mo. appt, pedi said to give tylenol, but i forgot to ask how much. the bottle does not state the dosage for babies this young. DS is a little over 14 lbs. i can call dr tomorrow, but was hoping to give him some today. thanks.

In the ER we dose Tylenol for kids 10-15mg/kg. If your LO is 14 lbs, this is about 6kg.... So the proper dose range is anywhere from 60-90mg. I would give 0.8ml, or 80mg

This generally will follow the Dr. Sears chart though, to make it easier!
